AS91263 Questionnaire Design Purpose

 The principal of my school has asked me to design a questionnaire to find out if the school's website is easy to use. He wants to know if the people looking for information are able to find it and if its the information they are looking for.

 this survey is meant for people who use this site such as, parents/caregivers of students, students, possible students, and their family, BOT,  and other people who are related to the school.
