A pilot survey is when you send out your survey to get feedback on it before you finish it to know what you need to change and if everything is okay.
After doing the pilot survey I changed and added some questions. The main type of questions I added were question justify the previous question.
eg. after I asked how long it took to find information, I asked why it looked the time it did, so we could find out what needed to be changed on the website to make it easier.
