the survey will be sent out by putting it on the school website because we want to collect information from people who use the website.
The survey covers the needed questions to collect the information for...

  •  the information on the website and the information people couldn't find on the website.
  • how long it took people to find information
the survey 

For the question, there was the option to say why you choose the answer you did. this was done to collect more information on the site so it was easier to find out if things needed to be fixed, added or removed.
